JOB Desc:

 

It is UNIX (AIX) ETL and we would be looking for folks with that experience.   Additional key tech skills are UDB/DB2, SQL and UNIX scripting.

We need a Sr Application Developer---Ab Initio and Data Warehousing in parallel processing environment required. Strong UNIX scripting desired. UDB database desired. Working knowledge of mainframe and midrange environments, UNIX, Ab Initio and Data Warehousing coding experience, testing and debugging experience required.

Knowledge of UDB/DB2, SQL and UNIX scripting is also required. Kshell, C++ and ZEKE knowledge a plus. Candidate must have solid analytical and software development skills. Strong

 

Communications and team skills.

 

Technical Skills Desired: * UNIX * UNIX Scripting * Ab Initio * SQL * DB2 * Strong communication and ability to work effectively in a matrixed, demanding environment * ZEKE Scheduling System

* General Mainframe skills, i.e. ISPF, SDSF * Working knowledge of Pharmacy and Member subject areas. ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION * Good judgment * Utilizes accepted methodology & tools in a disciplined manner * Knowledge of the business area's functions and systems, and system and applications program development technological alternatives.
