Please send matching resumes ASAP.   Title: Programmer (Notes) - C (7-9 yrs)  Rate: 46 Duration: 3+ Months Location: Waukegan, IL  ;    7 - 9 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:   Seeking a BUSINESS OBJECTS DEVELOPER. Must have 2+ years of Business Objects Universe design and report development and 3 to 5 years of advanced SQL/PL-SQL experience on an Oracle platform with 2 to 3 years of logical/physical data modeling. Individual must have the ability to handle multiple universe design and maintenance projects at a time in support of the pharmaceutical field sales organization. Experience with building Business Objects universes for querying and reporting through Business Objects v.6.5 and be able to design efficient universes to query Oracle data tables of up to 10 million records or more. Must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal and customer relationship skills as this person will be working directly with individuals across business and technical support groups.      RESPONSIBILITIES: Accountable for developing software code and associated life cycle deliverables for PC and Mainframe applications. Interprets process, data modules, and business requirements into software code. Analyzes, designs, develops, implements and maintains moderate to complex computer programs and subsystems. Performs all of the steps required to design, test, and code such programs. Develops procedures and operating instructions, and successfully moves programs into production. Provides production support through problems analysis and resolution to correct deficiencies. Performs assignments under direct supervision.   COMPETENCIES: Analyze problem or new request; design problem or new request resolution; familiar with SDLC methodologies; develop program specifications; design testing requirements; code modules according to specifications and client standards; prepare test plan and test modules; develop program and system documentation; conduct program and system implementation; maintain application production environment; respond and resolve production problems; and respond and resolve user inquiries.   QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent training or work experience.
