Load Balancing Between 2 STM Links

Hi guys ! I hve two STM-1 wid two different ISPs, now what i
want to do is
to use both links equally. I  m running BGP wid both ISP
currently my router
is selecting best routes through BGP for outgoing and
incoming traffic.
