Broken FPC

Dear colleagues,

i got the following messages

Apr  4 05:08:34  M20_TEST ssb BCHIP 2: Cannot determine
hardware error state
Apr  4 05:08:34  M20_TEST ssb PFE: Slot 2: Could not check
or clear 
B-chip error status
Apr  4 05:08:34  M20_TEST ssb CM(0): Slot 2: Recoverable
error detected; 
B: Error scan failed; code A
Apr  4 05:08:35  M20_TEST ssb Slot 2: B-chip error flags
present during 
initialization; code 0x03000000

This FPC is currently empty (no PICs are inserted)

Is this a serious problem? Is the FPC broken? Are there any
"tests" i 
could run to check it?

try this
request chassis fpc offline fpc-slot 2
request chassis fpc online fpc-slot 2

then check if errors messages disappears
