Open links in background with middle button request.

Good morning.

We are having many petitions at the forums about changing
the way the middle 
button of the mouse manages links, in order to make middle
button open 
layers in background (and not in foreground as it does
now).

I don't know if this petition is increasing lately because
of Internet 
Explorer 7 open links this way, but I've been using it that
way long before 
IE 7 was released and I know that many people uses it
currently and many 
other people does not use it just because they're afraid of
touching the 
accel.cfg.

So I wonder how many people could be interested in this
modification and if 
the devs could consider this change for future versions of
K-Meleon.
