Frequently asked request

Good nights.

I've noted over the last years that there's a request that
is asked almost 
every two weeks at the forum: How to make middle button open
links in 
background layer.

I wonder if we should consider changing that so middle click
will open links 
in background by default.

What do you think?

That we keep it as it is.
kko already created a tool to achieve that change easily and
an entry to 
the FAQs.
