Notebook repair

I used to work with the manager of the tech part of Microcenter, he's a good good guy.

It now appears my Presario notebook has a hard drive problem. It's
still under warranty. HP lists the following as service providers.

Has anyone had experience(s) with any of the below?

Here's what I'm thinking about each:

Best Buy: probably won't use (heard they have poor repair reputation)

Radio Shack: same as Best Buy

CompUSA: don't know much about their repair, but would consider using.

Micro Center (Tustin): impressive site, looks like it could be the best.

All opinions appreciated.
