I like the idea of her sending an email with one of her attachments
to Robert ..... (not me, please <g>) ... and have him take a look at
the header.
Hang in there, we'll get to the bottom of this ... I see Inspector
Robert has already opened a new case file on this one, and is hot on
the scent ..
