exiv2-0.14 released, libkexiv2 update soon?

Now that evix2-0.14 has been released, can we expect a
libkexiv2 update
soon(2)?

Why not? 
Developers can we talk about what and when we have to
release something?

btw it's not really true we can't compile against new
libexiv at least in svn:

libkexiv2 from trunk : Fix broken compilation with current
Exiv2 implementation (next 0.14.0 release), dui
ng a change with C++ Exception rule. I recommend to cleanup
and recompile this library and clients program
 witch use it.

hmm to install exiv2 0.14 I have to rebuild a lot of
applications, I'm
