kml export functionality

in this patch, I derivate the GPSDataParser class (but I had
to change the
m_GPSDataMap from private to protected) to be able to
manipulate the GPS data.
Additionnaly to previous features, the plugin can export
Points of GPS
tracks(hidden by default) and allows to choose the track
color, width, and
Altitude mode for the track and pictures.
