libkexiv2 0.1.2 available for testing

Hi please test the new tarball you can find here:

I haven't test it against exiv2 0.14 yet, so any
feedbacks here are welcome.

Gilles, hope we'll see on digikam# tomorrow for
the release details.

Good news:  builds, good work.

Bad news: Now all we need are new/compatible releases of
kipi-plugins and
digikam (latest releases both fail to build against
exiv2-0.14). :(

As far as i know they should need libkexiv2 not exiv2, so
you should need to
rebuild them after libkexiv2.

That's incorrect.  I tried against exiv2-0.14 and
libkexiv2-1.1.2, otherwise
I wouldn't have mentioned it otherwise.
