Even if I've never build it from graphics the last command
should work.
But it should download admin again. Don't know if it can be
a problem though.
To build kipi & co you have to go on libs and run
make -f Makefile.cvs
./configure 
(the last with the options you need) and
make
make install (if you want to install in your prefix dir).

I meant you can download only kipi-plugins module from svn
and build
it using libkipi, libkexiv2 installed on your system (maybe
the ones
provided by your distro) but if you're doing that you cannot
compile
kipi-plugins from svn by now.
