Mouse settings in case of shivering hands

Hi,

Henrik from the Kubuntu team proposed to add an option to
KDE's mouse settings 
that prevents people with a tremor from moving the pointer
accidentially 
(mouse pointer does not move until mouse is moved by more
than XX pix). It 
would sure be a useful option.
