kde4 blind-accessible?

Hi,

I've just realised that kde4 is available. I was said to 6
months ago that
this release would be accessible for blind people with
specific tools. Is kde4
accessible? Or still not? My searches shew me some solutions
with festival,
do they work? correctly? a feedback?

Thanks for this info. If KDE is now accessible, I'll try for
it. If it is,
is it possible to use OOo and firefox? What are limits?
