New libkexiv2 package

Hi,
to follow digikam team we've released the first version of
libkexiv2 0.1.0.

Libkexiv2 is a wrapper for Exiv2 library to manipulate
pictures metadata.
This library is used by further version of kipi-plugins,
digiKam and others 
kipi host programs.
The library documentation is available on kexiv2.h header
file.
