Bug triage

With the creation of the kdepim-bugs mailing list for bug
discussions in the 
PIM suite, a lot of the bugs should be reassigned. We could
use someone who's 
handy with bugzilla to go through and reassign default
addresses for 
components and existing bugs.

I would like to, but I'm really afraid of what happened when
we reassigned all 
KOrganizer bugs to korganizer-devel: all bugs got the NEW
status. The only 
way I can see to do this properly is to re-assign all bugs
by hand. And 
that's something I don't like to do
