Absolutely agreed. See also kde-quality, where I wonder
about the same thing.
There's a bunch of stuff together that form the EBN, it's a
mix of code
(sometimes lots of it as we create more checking tools) and
tools and the
website. I don't think it *really* belongs in SDK either.
A top-level might make sense. I would like to keep all the
bits of the EBN
together.
