Bear in mind, though that the global "quality
team" idea is dead and that wiki 
is probably horribly unmaintained. So do contact the
kde-multimedia list with 
your intentions, it'd be a shame to duplicate effort. We're
here to welcome 
you and point you in the right direction for th next step.
