actually look very hard,
just noticed that recent KDE release announcements pointed
to
quality.kde.org as one option for getting involved, and
followed the
link.
Also, techbase.kde.org/Contribute still links to
quality.kde.org so
perhaps it should link to one of the page you have done on
the
techbase?
