Thanks for your comments. They are not really at home on
this list. For
wish-list items that you can decribe in detail, the best
place is actually
bugs.kde.org, our bug tracker. You can enter items with
priority "wish list"
for such things. They need to be relatively specific,
though.

below KDE, in X11", at

Well, kde-devel kde.org is a good place to get started
with development
questions and for proposing new projects. Make sure you have
a working KDE4
compilation environment first -- check out techbase.kde.org
for that.
