Access to KDE4 API doc for kdelibs

This may seem like a dumb question but is there some
way I can access the very latest KDE4 API doc for
kdelibs after I have done svn update kdelibs and
cmakekde .../kdelibs?  Up to now I have been using:
    http://api.kde.org/cvs-api/kdelibs-apidocs/index.html
but it seems to be way out-of-date now.

Is there some simple command or script or "make"
target I can use --- or some more up-to-date URL ---
or local filepath (as with Qt4)?  I've had a hunt around in
api.kde.org, my local kdelibs files and Techbase, but
the Konqueror kde:KClassName method in the tutorial
did not work for me either (launcher errors).

The EBN machine regularly updates the KDE4 API docs
on a nightly basis.  We may change it to update twice
daily.

Woo hoo!  Now that's more like it!  Thanks, Allen.  Your
site's
KConfigGroup doco, for example, is radically different from
the
one I was using.  And your site is faster too
