Hi,

techbase commits can be read in the RSS feed [1].

I sometimes find it inconvenient to add my notes in a talk
page somewhere 
hidden, especially if I want feedback from other readers. A
mailing list is 
better suited for discussions. It's also possible to send
mediawiki commits 
to a mailing list.

Is there interest in a mailing list? Without subscribers
there are no 
discussions after all ;)

...might want to consider asking gmane to carry it also, for
people 
using gmane.
