Building kdebase

Hi,

When building kdebase I get this:

Updated to revision 670676.

Fixed
Looking at websvn.kde.org or at the kde-commit mailing list
archives you would 
have figured out the file was moved and the CMakeLists.txt
was not updated. A 
local fix was easy to allow your build to carry on.

Those svg files were moved but the cmake file wasn't
updated. This is now 
fixed in SVN (r670678).
