FindStrigi.cmake update needs PKG_CONFIG_PATH to be set

Hi,

Dirk recently changed FindStrigi.cmake to use pkg-config to
check for
the strigi version number. Thus its now needed to have
PKG_CONFIG_PATH
to point to lib/pkgconfig inside the strigi installation
directory.

Just wanted to send out a notification so others don't
wonder why cmake
on kdelibs aborts.
