I have been told (see Debian bug# 347690 -- Czech keyboard
was totally
scr..ed up in the first 6.9.* release of Debian XOrg) that
KDE and
OpenOffice are using much more advanced IM from Xorg than
Gnome and Mozilla
(which is GTK+ based), which do everything themselves
(libpango?).

	In fact, I remember applying a patch from you in order to
fix some cz 
keyboard map...is it wrong, yet?
