Risc OS Style -- Where Did It Go and Why?

A while back I used to use the Risc OS style, which I liked.
 The scroll 
bars looked like some type of stone.  Somewhere along the
line I saw 
this style disappear and has not come back.  Is there a
reason for 
this?  Why would it be removed?
