"Unable to update alarm in KOrganizer"

That is the message from kalarm
Kalarm seems to work properly, but i wonder what is wrong in
my set up.

What version of KAlarm are you running? (Check Help ->
About.) When you tried 
to create/update the alarm, was KOrganizer already running
at the time? I 
don't mean the 'korgac' system tray icon, but KOrganizer
proper.

It is 1.4.9 
I believe KOrganizer was running, as part of kontact

I have just launched korganizer, then kalarm, (wthout
kontact): no warning
message. So kontact might be not well configured.
