smoothing algorithm for drawing implemented in Krita

ported to KDE 4. Large scale reorganisation in the
kdegraphics module:
KColorEdit, KIconEdit, KPovModeller, Kuickshow and Ligature

extragear/graphics, whilst Kooka and kmrml are removed
completely.
