'valgrind' should fit your needs. As far as I have seen it
working, it is 
really powerful, but unfortunately I don't have much own
experience with 
it, so I probably cannot help you in detail.
You can use it inside KDevelop directly. If tou allow your
project to load 
the valgrind extension, you will find a separate tab for it
at the bottom 
of your KDevelop window.
