Patch: Bug 74724: automake manager: "data in noinst" only displayed when other target is available

My proposed patch for this.

The inserting the target into the subproject view is still
simplistic IMHO.

I want to fix this, but not in this patch, as there are
other problems
with the subproject display, and not sure it is a good idea
for me to
lump too much into this one fix.
