Getting "Management" permission on bugs.kde.org

Hi,

I'd like to work on the bugs for the qmake manager before we
release
3.4.0, closing all fixed ones, asking for more information
and so on.
However I don't have the permission to do that yet,
according to
quality.kde.org site I should ask here, so somebody can give
my account
the permission.
