KDevelop 3.4 branch is totally frozen. All commits will be reverted.

Hi,

As of now, the KDevelop 3.4 branch is totally frozen. Any
commit I see
to that branch that's not made by me will be reverted.

The branch will be unfrozen when I announce that it is
unfrozen.

Nah, it can stay in. This was mainly to prevent people
committing  
things that might cause me to have to re tag things again.
