changelog in svn

Hey, there's this ChangeLog file in our svn which is not
really popular
among developers. Also there're 4-5 month gaps between
records in it.
What if we clear it up in trunk/ and just put there a link
to 
http://www.kdevelop.org/index.html?filename=HEAD/
ChangeLog.html
