Disabling GDB breakpoints doesn't work

Hi,

while debugging some stuff today I discovered that disabling
Breakpoints
doesn't work. I tried to disable them before starting the
app, they were
automatically re-activated then. Then when hitting the first
breakpoint
I went to the bp widget and disabled all, but after
continuing the app
it stopped at the next breakpoint.

It seems that it works if I disable the bp's before starting
the app.
But they are re-activated if I edit any file with
breakpoints in the
meantime (on top of the duplicate breakpoints thing, which
is not that
bad).

Also I still can't deactivate them once I hit a breakpoint.
