I've updated to current svn, and now I've got the strange
errors too.

After some searching I found out that it's your commit
r657757 introducing
that compile-problem. Unfortunately it's a very big commit,
so it's hard to
tell what created the problem.

greetings, David

Problem found:
Seems like the include-paths found while resolving boost and
commonc++ pointed
gcc at some wrong directory or something.. I've removed the
directive to use
those directories from the CMakeLists.txt, and now compiling
works, see my
last commit.

greetings, David
