qmakemanager KURLRequester

In the qmake manager all KURLRequester use $HOME as default
for the completition. It doesnt make sense in all places, so
I changed 
it to the current project dir.

Note: This only affects the completition, the qmakemanager
works fine anyway.

It is just annoying when I set the ui files dir to
".ui" but 
after I typed ".u" it gives me ".ut2004"
from my $HOME.
But it is wrong and should be the project dir.

kdevelop 3.4.1 is done and kde 3.5.7 is tagged, well...
commiting wouldnt hurt anyway

I'll commit as soon as KDE 3.5.7 is released and after
adding a similar
call for the fileDialog (would be rather confusing if the
completion and
the dialog had different starting points)
