KDevelop website update

I want to write end-user manual for Subversion plugin in
KDev3.4
The below link seems good places to write user manual

http://docs.kde.org/development/en/kdevelop/kdevelop/

Currently using CVS is documented but subversion part is not
mentioned.
There are some caveats for using subversion plugins.
How do I add user manual here?

As an Optional recomended software, KDESDK is still listed,
which is
depricated now. Rather than KDESDK, KDevelop-3.4.1>=
requires
libsvn-1.3.0>= and its header packages. Both
dependencies
should be mentioned.

AFAIK KDESDK is still requiresd by the CVS plugin
(cvssevice)

You're right, in KDevelop-3.x the CVS part depends on
cervisia's cvsservice. Which will change for KDevelop4.
