Re-enable teamwork compilation. It is quite probable that
the change of the archive also solves the other boost
compilation problems. If it does not, contact me.
There you go, attached file is the error output of building
teamwork
with upstream boost 1.33.1. Can you fix this, else I'll add
some cmake
stuff to check for the boost version and disable teamwork
for boost <
1.34.0
