Q_ASSERTs in the C++ engine

Hi Guys,

I'm doing some evaluation of KDevelop 4 and I noticed that
C++ engine  
(r++ and rpp an the duchain) is still full of Q_ASSERTs.
Please  
replace the Q_ASSERTs with error messages, and please do it
as soon  
as possible. I remember we discussed it on IRC a few months
ago  

thanks to them KDevelop is pretty much useless. For instance
try this:

  1) open a project
  2) open a C++ source file
  3) enter a line and type  #include

rpp asserts because there is no " or <
