qmake uidir, gdbcontroller and patch

in the kdev3 the qmakemanager -> build options ->uidir
textchanged
( that activates the apply button) doesnt work.
(wrong signal was send twice)

and there is a weird void start2(); in gdbcontroller.h
which isnt used or implemented

but the patch should fix it
