I'm not sure what's what here. Can I run arbitrary complex
scripting code?

Oops! It seems like KDE4's Kate interface for tooltips is
essentially the same 
as in KDE3 -- and not exactly good for us. Guess we'll have
to improve that.

I do not think you can write script for the VS debugger.  I
am not really aware of a use case for doing so, though.
