frame stack widget

Hamish,
I've noticed that the frame stack widget is completely
empty for single-threaded projects, and looking at the
code it seems the code just does not handle this case.
Are you aware of this problem and plan to address it,
or should I?

Ah, it works here for me... although it still shows it as
one thread which you 
expand to see frames.  Not sure why it doesn't work for
you... gdb version 
doesn't like the kdev4 commands?

Nothing strange in gdb logs. Maybe I've somewhat messed up
Qt4 version.
You don't have any local changes?
