Implement shared dpointer

Hi,

I would've comitted this directly, but it creates a new
crash in
KDevelop:ocumentR
angeObject::~DocumentRangeObject()

As far as I can see there are 2 different
DocumentRangeObjects that have
and own the same KTextEditor::Range in its internal pointer.
I guess the
smart-range-cleanup stuff triggers the crash when the second
object is
destroyed.

The crash happens on line 56 and its in
d->m_range->isSmartRange().

Any hints how to better debug this or even fix are
appreciated.
