doxygen part exit

Kdevelop3.5-svn exit (not crash)
when I import
https://zerowing.idsoftware.com/svn/r
adiant/GtkRadiant/branches/ZeroRadiant
not the svnpart, the doxygen part with 
Error: INCLUDE = DoxyConfig: not found!
in the console.
This error is not fatal and no reason to exit kdevelop.
The patch should fix it, I just uncomment the exit(1), the
rest are just 
unnused variables.
