Unfortunately I can't find the page for the 2007 proposals
we had, I
thought its on the wiki but I can't find it :(

One demand is support for the languages ruby, python, java
and maybe C#.
There are also several plugins from KDevelop3 which could
use porting
(though I'm not sure which of those qualify as GSoC
project).
