Qt 4 PCS importer

Hi guys!

people ask to me about KDevelop 3 and Qt 4. If I get it
right they want at 
least code completion working for Qt 4 based projects. A
*LOT* of time ago (I 
think about 2 years ago) I wrote a simple PCS importer for
Qt 4. It's not 
*great* but it is good enough for me

Hey Roberto! 

Cool! I was actually going to suggest writing a Qt4
importer,
particularly if we can get Qt4 build support into the 3.4
release.
Cool that you already made one.  Will have
a look in a few hours
when I get off work....
