KDevelop 3.4 tagging

Hi all,

To avoid karma issues I plan to ask the sysadmins to pack
KDevelop for us.

The list of stuff to do is not big, but it requires heavy
karma to do it:

Where are the karma issues? It's quite simple. We do the
tag, we run 'make -f 
Makefile.cvs' w/o unsermake enabled, create the tarball,
then do test builds 
on each of the KDE versions from the tarball.

I have no problem with karma issues when doing separate
Kopete releases.
