Do you think it is possible for us to release 3.4 together
with KDE 3.5.4?
According to the k-c-d ml, the date is:
> July 24th: Tagging KDE 3.5.4

If we go for this schedule, let's have the message freeze 
starting from June 20.

It's possible, but I guess coolo will be against it.

So we should release a beta 2 ASAP.

But before that we should integrate these patches:
http://developer.kde.org/~binner/distributor-patches/

This will improve KDevelop and make the distrubuiters happy.

Ok, I've looked through all these patches and found nothing
I can apply.
Some from them have been applied already, some contain
buildsystem fixes
which I don't want to apply to our source tree. SuSE
patches contains
translations which I don't know whether we shall commit.

up to date? I downloaded the 3.5 SVN version but
cannot follow the steps.

Hi,

for the 3.4 branch you have to use:

svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/kdevelop/3.4/
kdevelop

I.e. the site is not up to date regarding 3.4.
