KFW Build Automation

Hi, folks.  As you will recall, I sent out mail announcing
that Kevin
Koch had joined the team a few weeks ago.  His first project
is ready
for initial review.  He's been working on a script to
automate the KFW
build process which can be found in src/windows/build in the
krb5
repository.

Comments welcome.
