Since not one else more experienced has chimed in I'll give it a shot.
The systems normal output is a gerber file in 274-X format, which
seems to be universally accepted. It also produces a .drl file for
drilling the holes. I've submitted to 4 different board houses and it
passes all their DRC's with no problem. It does not produce a ODB++
file but there are some utility programs out there than will convert.
None of the board houses I have looked at listed ODB++ as ones they
accept. Kicad will also produce a postscript file that can be used. I
used a postscript file to get a transparency burned to do my own
boards before I figured out to do it with my inkjet and photoetching.
